Sunday Bulletin Announcements

Sunday, May 31, 2020 Pentecost Sunday

There will be TWO worship opportunities for Fairfields UMC and Afton UMC this Sunday, May 31. There is the usual livestreamed worship service at 11 a.m. at Afton UMC (see below for information on how to join the service in real time or access it at a later time) AND there will be a drive-in, parking lot service at Fairfields UMC at 9:30 a.m. People who attend may not leave their cars during the service. The service will be projected using a sound system so that the people in the cars can hear the service with their windows rolled down. Please come and try it out!

Please be advised that nearly all church events in the coming week(s) have been cancelled due to the coronavirus. The 5:30 p.m. Tuesday night Bible study at Afton continues to meet in person at Afton UMC as well as via Zoom video conferencing, and the 9:30 a.m. Thursday morning Bible study at Fairfields continues to meet in person at Fairfields as well as via Zoom video conferencing. The Bishop has advised that groups of ten people or fewer may continue to meet.
